视觉自动喷线机专门针对传统人工画线及丝网印刷弊端而设计，画线速度快，效率高。采用高清工业用摄像机结合全球领先的摄像定位图像识别系统。360°自动旋转定位，大幅面一次成像，自动识别材料轮廓及不良部位，***定位画线图形。带自动上下料装置，工人只需将裁切好的鞋面放置在机器里，图像识别系统即能自动快速***定位，执行画线任务。
油墨特性：
- 高温消失墨水：烘箱温度55-60℃线条消失，白色高温消失墨水-15℃线条不会显示出来，彩色高温消失油墨-10℃不还原（测试时间2消失）

Ink characteristics:
