• 机器应用：适用于各类运动鞋、男女鞋、功能鞋、箱包、手袋等需要折边之产品，如产品本身自带背胶则无需上胶即可折边
  
• 机器功能：本机应用模具自动折边方式，可取代传统折边机工艺流程，可达到裁片折边的效果标准且统一。在提***率，保持美观的同时更能减少大量的人力成本，以实际裁片工艺复杂程度为标准，一台机器约可代替5位操作员工的产量
  
• 模具设计：模具为铝合金材质，客户提供裁片纸板电子档即可按照电子档出模具，具体可视工艺复杂程度决定可以制作一出一或到一出六模具均可

• Mold design: The mold is made of aluminum alloy material, and the customer can provide electronic files of cut cardboard to produce the mold according to the electronic files. The specific process complexity can determine whether one out of one or six molds can be produced
  
• Mold replacement: It takes about 6-8 minutes for a novice to replace the mold. Compared to other models, it requires supporting the upper mold for replacement. The newly designed circuit and air circuit eliminate the worry of manual pressure when replacing the mold
